These sun-drenched apricots meet a classic Belgian Saison, but this time we aged it in neutral French oak barrels, resulting in a beautifully layered, effervescent, and ridiculously drinkable brew. Expect bright esters from Belgian yeast, mingling with juicy stone fruit, subtle spice, and a touch of oaky vanilla.
