In loving memory of someone dear to us, who left this world too soon, the BarrelHouse family planted an apricot tree—his favorite fruit. Each year, we harvest its sun-ripened fruit to brew something special: Rick’s Endless Summer Saison. This classic Belgian-style Saison is bright and expressive, with lively yeast esters and soft, juicy apricot notes. The world’s gone off the rails. Nothing makes sense anymore. So we figured—why fight it? Let’s name a beer after it. Meet 6-7, a hazy IPA built on pure logic: 6.7% ABV. 6-7 pounds of hops per barrel. That’s balance, baby. Nectaron, Mosaic, and Citra drop waves of pineapple, citrus, and mango over a soft oat-and-wheat haze. It’s juicy, bright, and actually makes DELICIOUS sense!

Every year, we team up with our favorite Valley farmer, Brock, to bring you this powerhouse of a sour. Juiced orange by orange by our crew, this bold brew is loaded with peak-season blood oranges bursting with intense fruit punch vibes. Tart, juicy, and bright as a Valley sunrise — it's no wonder this one's a fan favorite in our sour lineup.
