The Valley Eatery by Chef Tim specializes in gourmet farm to fork meals with an emphasis on Italian faire. The truck is owned and operated by Visalia native, Tim Huitt, and his brother Matthew. Their goal is to showcase what our local farmers have to offer the Valley and to bring good, comforting food to the streets of Visalia.
